Job summary

Coach, part of Tapestry, Inc., is seeking a Sales Support Associate to warmly welcome clients and assist with personalized service at the cash wrap while ensuring the sales floor remains well‑stocked and visually appealing.

In this role you will operate POS systems accurately, process shipments, and collaborate with team members to meet store goals and uphold brand standards across the local market.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, internet), use of walkie‑talkie, reading price/product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
