Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate in Los Angeles. You will warmly welcome clients, serve as a brand ambassador, and maintain a well‑organized sales floor. You will process transactions, handle cash with accuracy, and support stock flow from receipt to point of sale.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Represent the brand in-store and online engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and replenish the floor.
• Assist with visual merchandising updates and floor activities.
• Collaborate with team and management as needed.
