Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, cashier/stock, luxury setting preferred
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition
• Familiarity with cash registers, basic computer skills, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team or management as needed
