Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Los Angeles to help drive store performance through friendly, efficient service and meticulous floor maintenance.

You will handle the POS, assist customers with fashion choices, manage shipments, and contribute to visual merchandising while upholding brand standards and loss-prevention policies. This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiar with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/Mobile POS).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests and partner with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
