Coach in the United States is seeking a Sales Support Associate to enhance store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage the cash wrap, assist customers, and help maintain a well-organized sales floor to ensure a smooth flow from receipt to point of sale.

You should have retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong communication skills. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends, to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably in luxury environment.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
