rag & bone in Cypress, TX is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive service excellence and support store management in achieving goals. You will lead by example, mentor Sales Associates, and ensure customers receive top-tier attention aligned with company guidelines.

Responsibilities include clienteling, product knowledge dissemination, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with Visual Merchandising on floor sets. Full-time, 32–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Contemporary or luxury retail knowledge preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage a team and meet store metrics.
• Open to working full-time hours (32–40 per week).

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service and clienteling standards.
• Meet store and metric goals and grow the clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to staff and leadership.
• Lead on-floor operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on floor sets and brand presentation.
• Process POS transactions accurately and maintain inventory control.
