Vince is seeking a driven Sales Supervisor to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction at our Ardmore store. You will own client relationships, demonstrate luxury service, and share deep product knowledge to inspire confident purchases.

You are a top performer who exceeds sales goals, maintains a strong client book, and helps set the tone for the store through engaging, brand-aligned experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and POS systems.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to sell confidently.
• Grows a robust client book via proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive sales.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement.
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory and visuals.
