Qualifications

• 1-2 years of store leadership experience, preferably with luxury brands
• 3+ years of experience in the luxury retail space
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team to achieve sales goals and provide coaching in the moment
• Deliver luxury clienteling and exceptional customer service on the selling floor and digitally
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate collection details to clients
• Oversee store operations, adherence to company procedures and schedules
