Vilebrequin in Cabazon, California, is seeking a Client Advisor to welcome clients and transform store visits into a luxury shopping experience. You will engage customers through storytelling, guide them through our heritage, and help create memorable experiences both in-store and online.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service, collaboration with the team, and a strong sales focus in a luxury retail setting. On-site position reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales.
• Experience in luxury or hospitality setting preferred.
• Professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to generate customer delight.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work mornings/evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Technologically savvy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Maintain a dynamic service presence at each location.
• Identify customer needs and provide guided guidance.
• Know store layout and assist in directing customers.
• Deliver luxury clienteling in-store and digitally.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Process deliveries and merchandising; maintain visual standards.
• Operate POS with cash handling and opening/closing registers.
• Handle customer issues with energy and multi-tasking.
