Vilebrequin is seeking a Client Advisor to welcome customers, showcase heritage storytelling, and convert store visits into memorable luxury experiences. You will embody the brand, assist across the sales floor, and report to the Store Manager to support daily operations and brand standards.

The role emphasizes a proactive service presence, knowledge of merchandise, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalency Required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury or a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and proactively assist customers.
• Strike a dynamic service presence at each location.
• Ask targeted questions to identify customer needs and guide them to the right products.
• Know store layout, merchandise, and direct customers appropriately.
• Foster a welcoming, fun, energetic customer environment and collaborate with the team.
• Deliver luxury clienteling and in-store/digital experiences.
