Job summary

Vilebrequin in Las Vegas seeks a Client Advisor to deliver a memorable luxury shopping experience and build lasting relationships with clients. This onsite role reports to the Store Manager and requires a professional, customer-focused approach.

Expect to welcome customers, understand their needs, guide them through our heritage and collections, and maintain stellar store standards. 2–3 years in luxury retail with a passion for design is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury or hospitality setting.
• Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales.
• Professional, welcoming character and presentation.
• Ability to generate customer delight.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence to each location.
• Ask questions to identify customer needs and guide them to solutions.
• Be knowledgeable of store layout and current merchandise to direct customers appropriately.
• Create a welcoming, fun, energetic environment and collaborate with team.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals following the brand's selling ceremony.
• Deliver luxury clienteling in-store and digitally.
