Job summary

Vilebrequin in New York is seeking a Client Advisor to transform store visits into a memorable luxury shopping experience. You will welcome clients, understand their needs, and showcase our heritage through storytelling while acting as a Brand Ambassador on site reporting to the Store Manager.

You will drive personal and store sales, apply the WE SELL SUN ceremony, deliver in-store and digital clienteling, and maintain impeccable visual standards while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role focusing on sales.
• Experience in luxury or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals following the selling ceremony.
• Handle POS transactions with accurate cash handling.
• Maintain store standards and visual presentation.
• Open/close duties and operational procedures.
