Job summary

V Opco, LLC's Vince Cherry Creek store in Denver is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor dedicated to delivering luxury service and driving sales. You will lead clienteling, train team members, and ensure Forbes-level store standards while managing daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of luxury retail experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. Flexible weekends/evenings required; generous benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; bend, reach, lift, move, and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible work schedule; must be open to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of our fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisions
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic. Turning standardstyling conversations into meaningful, brand-focused interactions that drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement, strategic wardrobing, and a genuine consultative selling approach
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire and elevate the rest of the team
• Support store operation as needed including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to maintain an environment that reflects the Vince luxury experience
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
