• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for L’AGENCE, promoting the brand’s culture internally and externally.
• Drive for financial results by achieving individual sales targets and coaching team members to improve store performance.
• Ensure attainment of KPI goals and guide the team to support store and brand targets.
• Support floor coverage, visual merchandising standards, exceptional client service, and smooth store operations.
