Job summary

Houstonian is seeking a Stock Supervisor to support the Retail Management and Buying Team. You will handle receiving, stocking, restocking, and merchandising to maintain luxurious floor presentation and inventory accuracy.

The role requires collaboration with store leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The position emphasizes loss prevention, safety, and efficient stockroom operations, with emphasis on discretionary handling of high-value merchandise and adherence to company

Qualifications

High School Diploma is required.
5+ years of guest experience.
Thorough understanding of retail knowledge and inventory systems.
Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming shipments and direct stock for resale or operations.
Keep sales floors stocked and replenished throughout the day.
Coordinate with managers/buyers on low stock and high-demand items.
Ensure open-to-buy and purchase order processes are followed and items hit the floor within 48 hours.
Support returns-to-vendors and damaged goods processes with accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and assist with physical inventories.
Assist with events, holidays, and seasonal transitions.
