Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a professional, customer-centric selling environment that supports service and store operations.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to Sales Associates to grow client development.
• Solicit customer feedback to ensure high service standards are met.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation adhere to corporate directives.
• Communicate client requests and merchandise opportunities to the Store Manager.
• Assist with daily deliveries and stock room organization.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment for staff and customers.
• Establish procedures for efficient shop supplies management.
• Support selling and servicing processes as needed.
• Coordinate with IT, Accounting, and Warehouse for escalations.
• Maintain stock availability for ongoing replenishment.
• Use multiple tech channels to strengthen relationships and acquire new clients.
• Secure store access codes and alarm system for safety.
