Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
• Fashion insights and awareness of industry trends a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Proven track record of success and ability to build positive relationships.
• Business acumen and strong prioritization/time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team with coaching and feedback.
• Drive sales performance and monitor KPIs, targets and metrics.
• Support training aligned with brand standards and store policies.
• Supervise daily cash transactions, deposits and register balancing.
• Ensure consistent customer experiences and handle escalations as needed.
• Communicate sales results and opportunities to management.
• Maintain productivity standards and assist with inventory control.
