Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Selling Manager to join the Store Management team. You will lead daily and weekly sales objectives, manage tasks and priorities for the sales associate team, and champion new selling tools and training initiatives to drive profitability.

You will analyze trends, communicate performance metrics, manage customer experiences, and support recruitment and client development to build a high-performing team aligned with RL brand values.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers and store personnel effectively.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate the register and stand/move for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
• Proven track record of success and ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Business acumen and strong prioritization/time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management by analyzing business trends and executing store initiatives.
• Communicate sales and profit performance tools to the store team.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations and store vision.
• Support client development and community outreach in the market.
• Participate in recruitment and interview processes for store staffing.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team; assist with training and development.
• Monitor store execution, inventory control, and use of new selling tools.
