Job summary

You will lead by example, participate in recruiting, supervise daily cash and inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel
• Strong customer service skills and business acumen
• Knowledge of brand standards and CEL standards

Responsibilities

• Sell 50% of the time and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty
• Coach and develop the team to improve sales performance and meet KPIs
• Monitor and achieve sales targets and performance metrics
• Supervise daily cash transactions, deposits, and register balancing
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Support recruitment and participate in interviews as needed
• Contribute to inventory control and merchandising efforts
