Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or similar experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a sales team.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and travel if needed.
• Ability to maneuver store floor, stock/dressing, and cash handling.
