• Develop personal sales techniques and help develop associates' sales techniques
• Use elevated sales and service to maximize performance
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise
• Maintain all sales policies and procedures
• Maintain interest in fashion industry and market trends
• Collaborate with management on risk management, loss prevention, cash control, and inventory management
• Train sales staff in register usage and maintenance
• Assist in stock, shipping, receiving protocols and policies
• Keep selling floor neat, organized, stocked, and visually accurate
• Implement and maintain merchandising/visual directives
• Identify product concerns promptly
• Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience
• Ability to work varied hours, nights, days and weekends
• Maintain store, employee area, stockroom and bathroom to company standards
• Assist in inventories and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Support non-selling activities and loss prevention
• Replenish stock and ensure presentation standards
• Maintain designated area of responsibility
