Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Montebello, CA. You will warmly welcome clients, assist with purchases, and help maintain an organized stockroom and sales floor. You’ll use the POS system to complete transactions and support stock flow from receipt to sale.

The role requires retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak periods is essential.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Strong English and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
