Coach is part of the Tapestry family and a global fashion brand seeking a Sales Support Associate in a Lee, MA store. This role focuses on delivering warm, efficient service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-organized sales floor to ensure a smooth flow from receipt to sale.

Responsibilities include operating POS, restocking, merchandising updates, and supporting teammates to meet store goals while upholding brand standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience preferred, luxury environment ideal.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Ability to use cash registers and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization; handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer data where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies; keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels; replenish sales floor; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities; respond to customer requests; collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
