Delvaux in San Jose is hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead the boutique team and ensure an exceptional client journey. You will coach staff, drive sales, and manage client relationships, while partnering with the Store Manager on daily operations and KPI-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably luxury.
• Vast knowledge of Leather Goods and CRM Experience.
• Strong knowledge and passion for the brand and luxury industry.
• Strong salesfloor presence and a client-focused mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to foster collaboration and trust in the store.
• Drive sales through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Maximize sales, monitor performance and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights.
• Lead by example and deliver outstanding client service while developing the sales team.
• Support store operations, including visual merchandising, opening/closing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to train, coach, and develop sales associates.
