Job summary

Delvaux San Jose is seeking a Sales Supervisor to ensure a seamless client journey and support the Store Manager in running a luxury boutique. You will lead the sales team, drive clienteling programs, train associates, and uphold impeccable service while achieving sales goals in a fast-paced luxury environment.

This role requires 5+ years in luxury retail, with a track record in leadership, CRM experience, and a passion for leather goods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 2 years of management or supervisory experience, in a luxury setting.
• Vast knowledge of Leather Goods and CRM Experience
• Strong knowledge and passion of the brand and luxury industry
• Strong salesfloor presence and a client focused mindset
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills

Responsibilities

• Be a leader in the business; motivate the team and empower an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration in the store.
• Drive sales and achieve sales goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers and fostering long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Maximize sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily, regularly assess the business and make recommendations based on strengths and opportunities.
• Lead by example and enable a client centric environment by providing outstanding service to our customers and continuous client development.
• Support in-store with operations as needed, including but not limited to visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, inventory management, etc.
• In partnership with the Store Manager train, coach, and develop sales associates.
• Assist Store Manager in the daily brief with communication on sales, client outreaches, KPI’s & product performance.
• Selling floor lead, assists team in hosting clients and coach them increasing retail experience and clienteling.
• Create and foster strong working relationships with external partners, including but not limited to Concession Shop Stores
