Job summary

SMCP, known for Sandro and Maje, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead clienteling and mentor a fashion-focused team in our San Jose store. You will coach associates, build lasting client relationships, and drive personal and store sales targets while delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.

You will oversee selling floor presentation, inventory replenishment, and back-of-house processes, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or service experience, preferably supervisory.
• Passionate about fashion, with a flair for Parisian chic.
• Strong communicator, friendly and persuasive.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
