Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Texas City to ensure exceptional customer experiences at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will help manage shipments, stock levels, and merchandising updates while supporting team goals in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires lucky retail experience, strong English, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends. This position offers base pay with comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock) in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
