Job summary

Jenni Kayne is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our luxury brand team. You will maximize sales, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships both in-store and through active collaborations with designers and stylists.

The role involves handling POS transactions, maintaining displays, assisting with stock transfers, and participating in store events. You will encourage rewards signups and represent Jenni Kayne across social channels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, luxury/designer preferred.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Availability during peak periods including weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service.
• Communicate with customers to determine their needs.
• Build relationships with clients and maintain an updated client book.
• Drive sales through consignments and partnerships with interior designers and wardrobe stylists.
• Handle all point-of-sale transactions including sales, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap.
• Participate in store events and maintain displays; assist with stock transfers and receiving new merchandise.
• Encourage customers to sign up for Jenni Kayne Rewards and engage on social media.
• Share feedback with management and write daily business recaps for leadership policy compliance.
• Secure company assets through loss prevention measures per guidelines.
