Job summary

Coach Mashantucket is seeking a Sales Support Associate III to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience at our Foxwoods location. You will represent the brand, build client relationships, and contribute to store sales goals while supporting daily store operations.

You should have 1+ years of luxury retail or related sales, familiarity with POS systems and clienteling tools, and strong English communication. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Familiar with POS operation, clienteling tools, and data capture.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personal styling guidance.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
• Source new customers, build relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Utilize mobile POS and digital tools to engage clients and capture data.
