The role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Flexibility to work varied shifts is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream/video demo experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor and adapt selling techniques.
