Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate I at our New York flagship. You will deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

The role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The position requires 1+ year of luxury retail or similar sales experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech
• Strong English proficiency; fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus
• Clienteling and data acquisition skills desired
• Ability to work flexible hours including peak times

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador per style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat visits
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain store operations, stockroom, and visual merchandising to standard
