Job summary

Coach in West Palm Beach is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet sales goals, support daily store operations, and act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong English skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak times and weekends. Training and product knowledge development are provided to enhance clienteling and service.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency; able to read price/release sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule.
Prior luxury retail or clienteling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal/store KPIs.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet team goals.
Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and assist with inventory and operations.
Support teammates and participate in training and brand initiatives.
