Coach at Riverwalk, part of Tapestry, seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience in New Orleans. You will meet sales goals, assist with store operations, and contribute to brand loyalty through clienteling and fashion advice.

The role requires a polished, energetic presence, strong English skills, and comfort with POS systems and social selling. Flexibility for peak periods and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and clienteling skills.
• Social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and drive sales.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Utilize cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Complete daily store operations and maintain visual standards.
