Job summary

Coach in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The role requires strong English proficiency, fashion awareness, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency; luxury retail background preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, peak-season and high-traffic days.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain floor and stockroom organization; assist with inventory cycles.
• Support daily store operations and team collaboration.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
