Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS devices.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Complete daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized floor and stockroom.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
