Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Plano, TX. You will greet clients, assist with purchases, operate the POS, and keep the sales floor organized to support a seamless shopping experience.

With 1+ retail experience, you bring strong customer service, English proficiency, and knowledge of cash handling and POS systems. You will work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Know-how of cash registers, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS, internet, and price/product sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer info where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep stockroom tidy.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
