Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop personal sales plans and meet/exceed KPIs
• Support inventory and daily store operations and assist teammates as needed
