Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations across omni‑channel channels.

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and develop lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice. You will thrive in a fast-paced luxury setting with a strong emphasis on clienteling and data capture.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
Strong English proficiency and luxury retail background beneficial.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; build client relationships with personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive store sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs and participate in brand initiatives.
Support store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
