Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. The Sales Associate delivers an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations.

The role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty. Key responsibilities include representing Coach, building client relationships, driving sales, utilizing mobile POS and clienteling tools, and executing personal sales

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Develop client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and manage relationships to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
