Job summary

Coach is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate in Norfolk, VA to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will represent Coach, build client relationships, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English communication. Flexible schedule for peak periods is expected, with an emphasis on customer service and brand representation.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and merchandising.
