Job summary

Cartier in Aventura, FL seeks a Sales Associate to drive luxury retail sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will manage client relationships, participate in daily boutique operations, and adapt approaches to client needs while maintaining Cartier standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in luxury retail or related fields, strong communication, product knowledge, and willingness to work retail hours including weekends. Training events and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of luxury retail, service or hospitality experience.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with timepiece movements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Deliver outstanding client service at all touchpoints.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships, using CRM tools.
• Support daily boutique operations and inventory tasks.
