Cartier in City Center, Las Vegas, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience and actively contribute to daily boutique operations. The role reports to the Sales Experience Manager and focuses on exceeding sales targets while growing the client portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in luxury retail or hospitality, a solid understanding of timepiece movements, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. Availability for weekends and trainings is expected.

Competenze

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements.

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a friendly environment for every client.
• Assist in daily boutique operations and inventory processes.
• Cultivate client relationships and capture data for follow-up and CRM initiatives.
• Support in-store and offsite events and trainings.
