Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in McAllen, TX to represent the brand and provide expert styling. You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling, and use POS systems to process transactions and capture data.

Photograph and merchandise displays, support inventory, and participate in brand initiatives. Must be comfortable with technology and flexible hours; strong English required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
• Ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie-talkies.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; engage via social platforms.
• Maintain daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
• Support inventory cycles and assist teammates as needed.
