Job summary

Coach in Troutdale, OR seeks a Sales Associate to be the frontline ambassador of the brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations.

You will blend luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue, using POS and clienteling tools to capture data and foster repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream/video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
