Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador per Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and assist with stock and merchandising.
