Coach, a global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and represent the brand with style and integrity.

The role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Candidates should have 1+ years in luxury sales and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador per brand standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain selling floor and stockroom with daily tasks and visual standards.
• Process transactions including returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Assist teammates and foster a collaborative environment.
