Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Tempe to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations, blending luxury retail service with omni-channel selling.

Represent Coach with fashion expertise, build lasting client relationships, and use POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to drive loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ year luxury retail or sales experience; knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS operation (iPad/Laptop), basic computer skills, and catalog sheets.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream or video demo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and follow up to close sales; maintain stockroom and floor standards.
