Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Dallas seeks a Retail Learning Coach to partner with store and market leadership, drive sales performance, elevate client experience, and strengthen leadership and selling capabilities across assigned locations.

You will translate learning programs into measurable on-the-job behaviors, lead performance-based coaching, support onboarding, and facilitate micro learnings on the sales floor while collaborating with central and local teams to sustain training adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury retail sales leadership and people management.
• Proven track record in performance-based coaching and improving sales results.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, adult learning, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience analyzing retail performance metrics and translating insights into development actions; proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly among assigned stores, including overnight travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Use business performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and develop coaching strategies for a designated group of stores.
• Monitor and create coaching plans to improve KPIs including sales, AUR, conversion, clienteling activity, appointment driven business, mystery shop results, and NPS.
• Design and facilitate sales floor micro learnings and skill building exercises aligned with Retail Excellence.
• Deliver in the moment coaching and feedback to client advisors and leaders on the sales floor and observe interactions to provide actionable feedback.
• Support structured onboarding plans, monitor completion of required learning activities, and reinforce day to day selling behaviors.
• Collaborate with store, market, and central partners to align coaching priorities and share performance trends and learning needs.
