David Yurman in Atlanta Lenox Square is seeking an Operations Support Associate to assist store staff with daily operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will help with inventory, stock control, repairs entry, and order logs, while maintaining merchandising standards in a luxury environment.

The role requires 1 year in an operational, customer-service setting, proficiency in Excel and Outlook, and flexibility for non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an operational role in a customer service environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Assist store manager with stock control and delivery procedures to reduce shrink below target.
• Package merchandise for delivery to clients.
• Enter repairs into KWI and update repair book and special order log.
• Communicate deficiencies in supplies and materials.
• Answer and properly direct all incoming calls.
• Ensure adherence to company retail operating and security procedures.
• Complete all company paperwork accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping to current guidelines.
• Create a welcoming luxury environment for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify and exceed customer needs and expectations.
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve/exceed store KPI targets.
