David Yurman in Atlanta Lenox Square is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the luxury sales team and drive profitability. You will partner with the Retail Store Director to coach staff, develop clientele, and ensure exceptional service on the floor and during events.

Responsibilities include achieving sales plans, managing inventory, overseeing opening/closing, and maintaining visual standards in line with brand vision. Flexible hours and a passion for fine jewelry are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience managing in a similar role in a high-end luxury accessories boutique.
• Ability to motivate, establish strong business partnerships, and promote professionalism with both clients and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive results, and strategic vision to develop business.
• Fine Jewelry and/or Fine Watch experience preferred, but not required.
• Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (e.g. on the sales floor, operations, etc.).
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and/or Exceed Sales Plan via collaboration with sales professionals.
• Participate in development and execution of strategic initiatives to deliver the sales budget.
• Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor through sales leadership and client development.
• Support sales professionals in closing sales.
• Facilitate the implementation and success of special events held at the retail store.
• Remain current and knowledgeable of industry trends and maintain visual presentation.
• Coach and monitor in partnership with Retail Store Director on client outreach and relationship development.
• Ensure store data capture goals are being achieved.
• Maintain a luxury environment that is warm and hospitable and consistent with visual guidelines.
• Provide feedback to staff to ensure skills for a positive client experience.
• Manage day-to-day activities on the sales floor with supervision.
• Maintain store inventory, stock replenishment, repairs/returns, and security measures.
• Oversee opening/closing in absence of Retail Store Manager.
• Partner with Retail Store Director in hiring and performance reviews; train new staff.
• Provide monthly meetings to review performance and give feedback.
• Explain and enforce KPIs and ensure staff are trending.
